Anchor drilling rigs are mainly used for sliding wave treatment projects of railways, highways, water conservancy, hydropower facilities and anchoring projects of dangerous rock masses, controlling the displacement of buildings and other high slope rock mass solidification projects.
Features of anchor drilling rig:
1. The drilling rig is fully hydraulically driven, which is convenient and flexible to operate, easy to shift, good maneuverability, and save time and effort;
2. The gyrator of the drilling rig is driven by dual hydraulic motors with large output torque, which greatly improves the stability of the drilling of the rig;
3. The new angle changing mechanism makes it more convenient to align the holes, and the adjustment range becomes larger, which can meet the requirements of the working surface;
4. Equipped with special pipe drilling tools (drill pipes, sleeves, eccentric drill bits, etc.), use casing to protect the wall to make holes in the non-stratum, and conventional button drills for final holes;
5. The drilling rig is composed of three parts: main engine, hydraulic station and operation platform. It has good detachability and is easy to transfer; the mast of the main engine can be directly connected with the hydraulic station, which has a simple structure; the hydraulic station frame is equipped with rollers for easy relocation.
